Pancakes made of black wheat flour


  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 tbsp of unsalted butter for cooking


  1. Take a bowl to beat 3 eggs.
  2.  Add the oil to the water.
  3. Pour, alternately, water, oil and flour to the eggs. Keep stirring.
  4. Add salt and blend until smooth.
  5. Cover this bowl with foil and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  6. Grease the frying pan/crepe pan.
  7. Melt 1 tbsp of unsalted butter and pour the batter evenly. Spread the batter in a circular motion and cook for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Flip crepe and cook for 2 more minutes.
  8. Serve with ice-cream and/or maple syrup.
