Pancakes made of black wheat flour
Ingredients

3 large eggs

2 ¾ cup of water milk

28 gram of Dr. RBL's black wheat flour
- 3 tbsp of vegetable oil

Pinch of salt
-
1 tbsp of unsalted butter for cooking
Method
- Take a bowl to beat 3 eggs.
- Add the oil to the water.
- Pour, alternately, water, oil and flour to the eggs. Keep stirring.
- Add salt and blend until smooth.
- Cover this bowl with foil and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Grease the frying pan/crepe pan.
- Melt 1 tbsp of unsalted butter and pour the batter evenly. Spread the batter in a circular motion and cook for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Flip crepe and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve with ice-cream and/or maple syrup.
