Make ultimate cornbread with easy steps
Ingredients

200 grams of Dr. RBL's Corn flour
- 100 grams of sourdough starter

150 grams of wheat flour

8 grams of salt
- 10 grams baker's yeast

340 grams water
Method
- Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and stir together.
- Add sourdough, salt, half of water and mix well.
- Add the remaining water slowly, as needed.
- Shape dough into a ball, place in a bowl and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Knead dough for at least ten minutes.
- Dust with flour, cover and set aside.
- Let dough rise for about 3-4 hours or until doubled in volume.
- Bake for about 10 minutes at 220° C (approximately 425° F). Reduce oven temperature and bake for an additional 40-45 minutes at 180°C-200°C (approximately 375°F).
